Terms of Use and Booking – Massage Services
1. General
These terms govern the booking and use of the massage salon's services via massage.focusestonia.ee, by phone or in person. By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. 2. Booking
You can book via the website, by phone or by email. A booking is valid once we confirm it. Please provide correct contact details so that we can reach you if necessary. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
3. Prices and payment
Current prices are published on the website. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment can be made by cash / bank card / bank transfer after the service or in advance. Price changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation
- A booking can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge at least 24 hours before the start time.
- For later cancellations we may charge up to 50% of the service price.
- If the client does not show up without notice, we may charge up to 100% of the price.
- If we have to cancel, we will offer a new time or refund any prepayment in full.
5. Late arrival
If you arrive late, the session will be shortened so as not to delay the next clients; the price remains the same. If you are more than [15] minutes late, we may cancel the session and treat it as a no-show.
6. Health condition and contraindications
Before the session, please inform the therapist of your health condition (e.g. injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, chronic conditions, allergies, medication). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. The therapist may refuse or adapt the service if it could be dangerous to your health. If the service is not provided due to a contraindication identified before the session begins, we will refund any prepayment unless the information was concealed. Massage is a wellness and relaxation service and does not replace medical examination or treatment. If in doubt, consult a doctor.
7. Conduct in the salon
Please respect our staff and other clients and maintain personal hygiene. Massage is a non-sexual service. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, rudeness, or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs entitle us to end the session immediately without a refund.
8. Minors
Services are provided to minors (under 18) only with the consent and presence of a legal representative.
9. Gift cards and packages (if applicable)
The validity period of a gift card or package is stated on the card or in the package terms. They are not exchangeable for cash unless the law provides otherwise.
10. Liability
We are liable for the proper provision of the service as provided by law. We are not liable for personal belongings and valuables brought into the salon, except as provided by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm resulting from incorrect or concealed health information provided by the client.
11. Complaints and consumer rights
Please submit complaints as soon as possible to [email]; we will respond within 14 days. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (www.tarbijavaidluskomisjon.ee). To the extent provided by law, the right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to services to be provided on a specific date or within a specific period; in that case cancellation is governed by section 4.
12. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy for massage services.
13. Final provisions
These terms are governed by Estonian law. We aim to resolve disputes by negotiation; if necessary, they will be resolved by an Estonian court.
